Cancellations...
At least 48 hours notice is required for cancellations for your deposit to be used as credit for a future session. The new appointment must be within one month of your cancelled session. If you cancel without the 48 hr notice, I require the full session tribute to be compensated for my time.
Deposits...
In-person and video sessions:
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure our booking. The remaining 50% is required prior-to or at the start of our session. Should you arrive late, I expect full compensation of our scheduled time. A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be granted. Beyond that, the session will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.
